Sandra V. Saiegh has over 30 years of legal experience handling complex legal matters with ease, precision, and personal dedication to her clients.
Sandra’s extensive experience negotiating contracts in challenging environments, with multiple parties and delicate negotiations, paired with her love for the North Fork and her knowledge of its community and heritage, allows her to provide clients a personalized and boutique type of legal service. Sandra has been spending time in the North Fork for over 10 years and has relocated full time in early 2020, when she opened her private law practice in Southold, New York. Sandra Saiegh’s private law practice currently concentrates in the areas of real estate, estate planning and business law transactions. Sandra is very involved with her community and passionate about helping others. You can always find her volunteering at a local East End event.
Sandra is originally from Argentina where she was in private practice as the managing partner in a boutique law firm handling corporate matters, business transactions, commercial and residential real estate negotiations and as a litigator. She also worked as an in-house attorney for IBM Argentina prior to moving to the United States to take a position with the United Nations in New York. During her United Nations tenure, Sandra had the opportunity to travel the world, leading a range of organization wide change management efforts.
Ms. Saiegh has a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, an LL. M from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas and a Masters in Organizational Development and Change Management from Milano the New School for Management and Public Policy. She was admitted to practice as an attorney in the State of New York in 1995 and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, a former Trustee of the Oysterponds Historical Society, a Member of the Greenport Rotary Club and the North Fork Chamber of Commerce.
